Once finalized, contracts will be securely stored in personnel profiles and made available for download as PDFs, ensuring efficient document management and compliance.
Equipment Reservation & Inventory Management
We are enhancing the equipment reservation process by integrating it with work orders, making pick-up and hand-back procedures more seamless. This improvement ensures a more efficient workflow for technicians while enhancing tracking and accountability. Warehouse managers will also benefit from a daily list of reserved inventory, allowing for better preparation and optimized operations.
Defect Management Enhancements
To streamline defect handling, we are introducing default priority and hazardous status settings, enabling managers to predefine critical attributes. Defect details will be expanded within work orders, ensuring clearer visibility and quicker access. A new warning system will notify planners if a scheduled activity overlaps with a defect’s resolution period, reducing potential conflicts. Additionally, we are refining the reviewer assignment process and consolidating defect location categories for improved clarity and efficiency.
